For the immense gap between my first post and this one. Unfortunately, work tends to interrupt, but I'm back, it's a new year and I'm raring to go.
To start, I'm going to confess, I visited the doctor this morning and she told me that I'm weighing in at a whopping 15 stone, which for a chick of 5'7, isn't healthy.
My aim is by the end of the year to be down nearer 12 stone and to be a heck of a lot healthier than I currently am.
I'm not going to go down the road of weighing myself every week, I'm going to do it every month (at the nurse) so you will be kept up to date as to how I am getting on.
I'll also be posting about my recent attempt at Powerplates at Perth Leisure Pool, so keep your eyes out for that.
In the meantime, if you have any weight loss/exercise tips, suggestions, comments, then feel free to leave them, as I'm serious about this and I'm going to need some help and encouragement. :)
